3. Chemical compositon:
C      Si    Mn    Cr    M     V
1.55 0.35 0.40 12.0 0.95 1.0

4. Delivery condition:
soften annealed: =< 255HB

5. Characteristics:
   Pure steel quality due to vacuum degas refining treatment;
*Crushed crystal structure bonded by forging and rolling; Carbonized granules which are fine and even, so that there will be no cracking under quenching;
*For special adding of reinforcing elements molybdenum(Mo) and vanadium(V), both the abrasion resistance and toughness are better than SKD11.

6. Applications:
*Sheet less than 6mm thick, efficient blanking dies, punch dies and stamping dies.
*Various scissors, interlaid razor blades and wood cutting blades;
8Cold forged dies, thermoset resin molding molds and high-grade gauges, etc;
*Deep-drawing dies and cold extrusion dies.
